CanadaBuys
The Government of Canada's official portal for federal tender notices and awards.
CanadaBuys is where federal departments and agencies publish procurement opportunities. It replaced Buyandsell.gc.ca as the official source and carries tender notices, amendments, award notices and supplier registration.
It is authoritative: where any third-party tool disagrees with CanadaBuys about a closing date, scope or amendment, CanadaBuys governs. Bids are submitted through the channel the solicitation specifies, not through third-party services.
It also offers a free notification service keyed to GSIN and UNSPSC codes and region, which remains the most reliable way to hear about new federal opportunities.
